Do you need to talk to members of the public at work - by phone, face-to-face, or online? Do you have to understand your work colleagues? Does your supervisor send you emails you need to reply to? This course will help you become a good communicator at work mainly when speaking and listening but also when sending text messages and emails. You will practise how to interact and engage with customers, how to be polite, how to sell things, talk over the phone at call centres, take messages and talk at the same time, make small talk with work colleagues and write formal emails and polite text messages to your manager.
